  1. Order Cancellations

1.1. Cancellation Period:
Once an order is placed, cancellations cannot be processed. For any inquiries regarding changes, please contact our customer support team at +917742465858, providing your order details.

1.2. Exceptions:
Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

  1. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.
  • Your order is canceled within the specified cancellation period.

2.2. Refund Process:
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

2.3   Approved refunds will be credited to the Original Payment Method within 5-10 Business days.

3.1. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You may need to provide photographic evidence ( 360 degree parcel opening video without any cut) of any defects or damages.

3.2. Conditions:
For a return or exchange to be processed, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3.3. Shipping Costs:
For non-defective items, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
